Objective One of the important systems traditional medicine that has grown in cradle human civilizations and always exported doctors, science to farthest corners world, is comprehensive system Iranian Traditional Medicine, which somehow different from common medicine. This article deals with differences between Medicine pupular a logical philosophical approach. Methods In this review article, was done analytical-descriptive method, using internet library resources, basics are compared. Results The main popular existence nature or administrator power body, manages activity all organs ultimately whole body without intervention any kind consciousness, while school does not believe such thing. second thing differentiates these two schools each other general attitude towards beings, completely mechanical approach beings their health. Conclusion order compare first all, reforms should be made basic concepts medicines, at same time, provide suitable protocol for treatment patients, combined method medicines used, requires complete understanding medicines.
